ODE TO NERUDA SERIES
Many of my paintings are inspired by poetry. There is a similarity between poetry and abstract art. Both convey glimpses, impressions, and nuances, evoking flashes of insight and emotional resonance. Connections and meanings are suggested rather than clearly stated, sparking the life of the imagination. The titles in this series come from lines in poems by Pablo Neruda, the Chilean poet, diplomat and Nobel Prize Winner.
